In World, Please send me an IM to an owner that is online. We may be afk so be patient, if we do not respond within 30 minutes please make sure to send me a notecard also. At times we do leave our computers and become involved in the real world.
If we are offline please send a NOTECARD, these do not get capped that often so you are usually safe. If we do not respond to your notecard within 48 hours send another (we may have missed sorry if we did).
Note: If we happen to be really involved in my real life- it is possible it would take us longer to respond, we expect the slowest ever is a month, more than likely it will be within 24 hours though. We do care about our customers- but we also do not want to lie in case we do happen to be very busy.
